Wittenoom Cup Carnival Rules

Carnival Rules

  1. One entry per person per form. Nominated partner(s) will need to enter and pay for the events separately. If you have nominated a preferred playing partner, please make sure that they are aware.

  2. Entry is only final once payment has been accepted. No refunds after draws are published.

  3. All players must have an official Golf Australia handicap or GOLFlink card that must be produced on request.

  4. Handicap limit: Men - 27 for Wittenoom Cup (36 for other events), Women - 36 for Brenda Wittenoom Open (45 for other events). Juniors U21 with an official Golf Australia Handicap may play subject to the approval of the Match Committee.

  5. The Match Committee will resolve any disputes.

  6. Method of deciding ties shall be count back.

  7. Players in the 36 hole Wittenoom Cup and Brenda Wittenoom Open, will play an AM and a PM round.

  8. The Match Committee has the discretion to adjust the draw as required.

  9. A neat casual standard of dress is expected at all times on the course and in the clubhouse.

  10. ALL fields will be restricted to 240 players (The first 240 paid entries).

  11. The match committee has determined that MiScore will be utilised during the carnival.

Please note: Non-golfers are welcome at Special Events.

Numbers are restricted to 80 guests per event - Bookings essential.

These are ticketed events and paid tickets can be collected from office prior to events.

Media Consent

By entering this event I hereby give my express consent to the Albany Golf Club to:

  • Photograph: Take photographs of me during the event.

  • Record: Record video footage of me during the event.

  • Use: Use my photographs and video footage in any media, including but not limited to print, online, and broadcast media.

  • Distribute: Distribute my photographs and video footage to the public, sponsors, and media outlets.

I understand that my consent is voluntary and may be revoked by contacting the Albany Golf Club.
